Bradon R. Marshall
Bradon Marshall is the Founder and President of Vitality Finance. He began his career in 2015 after earning dual degrees in Business and Education from West Texas A&M University.
He rapidly advanced into senior leadership, serving as Chief Operating Officer and later President of a bank-owned finance company. In those roles, Bradon streamlined operations, enhanced credit quality, and implemented risk-management strategies that supported significant growth in originations.
He later joined an independent finance company, where he distinguished himself as a top sales producer and advanced to the executive leadership team, helping drive record-breaking originations and organizational growth.
An active participant in the equipment finance community, Bradon has contributed to industry associations for more than a decade, serving in leadership roles and supporting initiatives that promote innovation and professionalism in the industry.
