In that role, he streamlined operations, enhanced credit quality, and implemented risk-management strategies that fueled significant growth in originations..
Bradon later joined an independent finance company where he distinguished himself as a top sales producer and advanced to the executive leadership team, driving record breaking originations and organizational growth.
In 2022, he was recognized by The Monitor as one of the industry’s Top 40-Under-40.
An active participant in the equipment finance community, Bradon has contributed to industry associations for more than a decade, serving in leadership roles and supporting initiatives that promote innovation and professionalism in the industry.
